In 1988, Gro-Market Logistics commenced operations in Queensland underpinning local warehousing and distribution services for its sales brokerage clients utilizing early pioneering of in house systems management. The sales outsourcing company and the logistics operation formalised into two separate entities which coincided with a push by the company to take its successful supply chain operations history nationally. Gro-Market Logistics Pty Ltd and GML (Pick and Pack) Pty Ltd serving Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) DC supply chain and, GML retailer outlets and salons nationally, has grown since that time to secure significant contracts to provide top to bottom supply chain services to major suppliers to those markets. GML Group supply chain service culture and CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKGROUND comes from our history with the outsourced sales company. This knowledge has and continues to provide GML with the inside running on Logistics. We know, and are heavily involved in, the internal workings and changes of our customers. The understanding of cause and effect through the entire customer operation gives GML, with it's system strength, a powerful edge over competitive operations of supply chain services.
