FMCG (DC Delivery)

Gro-Market Logistics, as a GML group company, operates as a separate legal entity focusing on providing full warehouse and bulk palletised product distribution services to Grocery, Pharmacy, DDS and Foodservice DC's throughout Australia from Gro-Market warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Gro-Market Logistics is one of the few 3PL companies that has special client distribution status with our client's customer base.

Our services include but are not restricted to:-
	GML software programming and integration with client systems.
	Stock transfer from plant to national warehouse or state warehouses
	Container swing-lift/skell transport cost from wharf plus receipt, destuffing and palletizing in all warehouses
	Container swing-lift/skell transport cost to wharf plus export stuffing for transport interstate or overseas
	Checking stock on arrival
	Documenting stock on arrival and communicating to client through Natflex and/or client service
	Resolution of stock variations and damages if any and adjusting with client staff.
	Receiving into warehouse including Forklift and staff resources.
	Allocation of stock to storage slots.
	Entry of bulk stock into client system and Natflex system for stock control and delivery docket management on behalf of client
	Cost of pallet leasing per day from plant or delivery in to warehouse to loading out to customer from warehouse and/or, included at customer. LOSCAM quoted!
	Preparing transfers from client stock to other warehouses with follow through on deliver instructions.
	Preparation of load out documents including proof of shipment to transport providers to be logged for our client access within client KPI timelines at warehouse.
	Load out con notes.
	GML generated client Invoicing on line if required
	Delivery from any GML warehouse to any customer locally and/or in any state.
	Picking and packing of orders for customer direct through PnP preparation or FMCG pallet preparation including transfer orders; loading out including Forklifts and Staff to prepare orders within client KPI timelines.
	Creation and provision of SSCC Pallet lables and customer requirements
	Creation of client packing and forwarding documents, stock transfer documents etc
	Stocktake as specified by client. NB GML will activate cycle count activity at it's own discretion.
Provision of a range of reports on-line that can:-
	Manage inventory
	Measure product ranking
	Manage back orders
	Manage Use bys or batches
	Manage short deliveries
	Detail orders, deliveries, POD's, invoices and pick turn-around on line on a daily basis.
	Provide replenishment planning advise
